Baubeginn war im Fr\u00fchjahr 2017. Im Erdgescho\u00df und im Untergescho\u00df dominiert Beton, das Obergescho\u00df ist aus Brettschicht-Holz, das mit einer EPDM-Folie abgedichtet wird. Vorwiegend schr\u00e4ge Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nde im Obergescho\u00df lassen das Licht optimal in die Wohnr\u00e4ume kommen.
