Slider 3 #7 - END -->\n<\/div>\n<p>In Unterburg in der Gemeinde Sankt Kanzian am Klopeiner See ist das exklusive Strandbad <em>Merlrose<\/em> entstanden. Mit rund 100 Strandpl\u00e4tzen zwischen 13 und 25 m\u00b2 und der wohl sch\u00f6nsten Edelstahl-Treppe in den Klopeiner See am Ende des Stegs l\u00e4dt das insgesamt 4000 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfe Areal zum Entspannen ein. Ab Herbst 2020 errichtet, wird der Strand seit Sommer 2021 genutzt.<\/p>\n<p>Jedem Strandplatz ist eine Kabine im eingeschossigen Kabinengeb\u00e4ude aus Sichtbeton und Holzfassaden-Verkleidung zugeordnet. Die wie Skulpturen wirkenden Licht\u00f6ffnungen am Dach werden von einer gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigen Terrasse umgeben. Im Zugangsbereich wurden vier Baumst\u00e4mme als Fahrradabstellpl\u00e4tze aufgestellt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strandpl\u00e4tze und Steg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Strandpl\u00e4tze sind von Str\u00e4uchern eingerahmt, sodass eindeutige Zuordnungen und eine gewisse Privatsph\u00e4re gegeben sind. Die nunmehrige Liegewiese wurde aufgesch\u00fcttet, um das Areal von zuvor sumpfigem Charakter in eine gr\u00fcne Wiese zu verwandeln.<\/p>\n<p>Eine besondere Geschichte begleitet den Steg. Ihn zu bauen war nur m\u00f6glich, weil dem See als Kompensation Grundst\u00fccksfl\u00e4che durch entsprechende Ausgrabungen &#8222;zur\u00fcckgegeben&#8220; wurde, die Wasser- und Schilffl\u00e4che also gr\u00f6\u00dfer geworden ist. Um die vielf\u00e4ltige Flora und Fauna des Sees nicht zu sehr zu bedecken, ist der Steg verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig schmal ausgefallen und dient in seiner formalen Ausbildung einzig dem Zweck, dass man vom Ufer in einen Bereich des Sees kommt, der zum Schwimmen geeignet ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schwebende Stiege aus Edelstahl<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Steges wurde &#8211; der Qualit\u00e4t der Anlage entsprechend &#8211; eine schwebende Edelstahlstiege f\u00fcr den Zugang zum See auf die St\u00fctzpf\u00e4hle des Steges aufgeh\u00e4ngt. Die statische Konstruktion \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt sich mit ihren Lasten direkt auf die Stegkonstruktion, ohne den Seegrund zu ber\u00fchren. \u00dcber die 1,70 Meter breite Stiege gelangt man \u00e4u\u00dferst komfortabel in den See, die Stufen laden bei hei\u00dfen Temperaturen auch zum Verweilen ein.<\/p>\n<p><a
